You can cancel your order for free any time before we confirm it, or before we start cooking. If you already paid, you get your full money back.

Every box is made fresh, just for you. Once we start cooking or once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Dosa papers are thin and crisp by nature — that is the whole product. We pack every box carefully and hand it to the courier in perfect condition. After that, the box is in the courier's hands, not ours. Parcels get thrown and stacked on the way, and papers can break or crush in transit. That is not our fault, and we are not responsible for it. There is no refund and no replacement for papers broken or crushed in courier transit. By choosing courier delivery, you accept this risk. For zero breakage risk, choose pickup or Rapido within Surat.

If we packed the wrong flavour, or something you paid for is missing from the box, that is our mistake and we will make it right. Tell us within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo, on WhatsApp.

If we cancel your order — for example, because we cannot make it or cannot deliver it — you always get a full refund.

Your refund goes back the same way you paid, within 5–7 working days.

If the courier is late, we chase the courier together with you — but lateness is not refunded. If your box never arrives at all, tell us and your money comes back: you should never pay for something you never received.

અમે ઓર્ડર પાકો કરીએ એ પહેલાં, અથવા રસોઈ શરૂ કરીએ એ પહેલાં, તમે તમારો ઓર્ડર કોઈપણ સમયે મફતમાં રદ કરી શકો છો. જો તમે પૈસા ભરી દીધા હોય, તો તમારા પૂરેપૂરા પૈસા પાછા મળશે.

દરેક બોક્સ ફક્ત તમારા માટે, તાજું બનાવાય છે. એકવાર અમે રસોઈ શરૂ કરી દઈએ અથવા તમારો ઓર્ડર મોકલી દઈએ, પછી તે રદ કરી શકાતો નથી.

ઢોસા પેપર સ્વભાવે જ પાતળા અને ક્રિસ્પી હોય છે — એ જ તો પ્રોડક્ટ છે. અમે દરેક બોક્સ કાળજીથી પેક કરીએ છીએ અને કુરિયરને સરસ હાલતમાં જ આપીએ છીએ. પછી બોક્સ કુરિયરના હાથમાં હોય છે, અમારા નહીં. રસ્તામાં પાર્સલ ફેંકાય છે અને દબાય છે, એટલે પેપર તૂટી કે દબાઈ શકે છે. એમાં અમારો વાંક નથી અને એની જવાબદારી અમારી નથી. કુરિયરમાં તૂટેલા કે દબાયેલા પેપર માટે કોઈ રિફંડ કે બદલી નહીં મળે. કુરિયર પસંદ કરો એટલે આ જોખમ તમે સ્વીકારો છો. તૂટવાનું જોખમ જ ન જોઈએ તો સુરતમાં જાતે લેવા આવો અથવા Rapido પસંદ કરો.

જો અમે ખોટો ફ્લેવર પેક કર્યો હોય, અથવા તમે જેના પૈસા આપ્યા છે એ બોક્સમાં ન હોય, તો એ અમારી ભૂલ છે અને અમે તે સુધારીશું. ડિલિવરીના 24 કલાકની અંદર ફોટો સાથે WhatsApp પર જણાવો.

જો અમે તમારો ઓર્ડર રદ કરીએ — જેમ કે, અમે તે બનાવી ન શકીએ અથવા પહોંચાડી ન શકીએ — તો તમને હંમેશા પૂરેપૂરા પૈસા પાછા મળશે.

તમારા પૈસા તમે જે રીતે ભર્યા હતા એ જ રીતે, 5-7 કામકાજના દિવસમાં પાછા આવશે.

જો કુરિયર મોડું થાય, તો અમે તમારી સાથે મળીને કુરિયરને પૂછપરછ કરીએ છીએ — પણ મોડા થવા માટે રિફંડ નથી. જો તમારું બોક્સ ક્યારેય ન જ પહોંચે, તો અમને જણાવો અને તમારા પૈસા પાછા મળશે — જે વસ્તુ મળી જ નથી એના પૈસા ન જ લેવાય.
