We make handmade, ready-to-roast dosa papers, sold in boxes.

When you place an order on our website, it is a request. It is confirmed only after we call or message you on WhatsApp. We may refuse an order — for example, if we cannot make it or cannot deliver it. If we refuse your order after you have paid, you get a full refund.

Every price is shown in ₹ (Indian Rupees) before you place your order. If you choose courier delivery, the courier charge is shown as its own line, separate from the price of your boxes, before you pay.

You can get your order in three ways.

• Pickup — you collect it from our kitchen.
• Rapido — a rider brings it to you. You pay the rider's fare directly to the rider.
• Courier — for cities outside Surat. The courier charge is shown separately, as above.

You choose your delivery date when you place your order. The earliest we can deliver is the next day.

You can pay by UPI — scan our QR code or use the app buttons on our website — or by online payment where that option is shown.

Every box is made fresh after you order it. We do not keep old stock.

અમે હાથે બનાવેલા, શેકવા માટે તૈયાર ઢોસા પેપર બોક્સમાં વેચીએ છીએ.

તમે વેબસાઈટ પર જે ઓર્ડર મૂકો છો તે એક વિનંતી છે. અમે ફોન અથવા WhatsApp પર વાત કરીને પાકો કરીએ પછી જ તે નક્કી ગણાય. અમે ઓર્ડરની ના પણ પાડી શકીએ — જેમ કે, અમે તે બનાવી ન શકીએ અથવા પહોંચાડી ન શકીએ. જો તમે પૈસા ભર્યા પછી અમે ના પાડીએ, તો તમારા પૂરેપૂરા પૈસા પાછા મળશે.

દરેક ભાવ ઓર્ડર મૂકતા પહેલાં ₹ (રૂપિયા)માં બતાવાય છે. જો તમે કુરિયરથી ડિલિવરી પસંદ કરો, તો કુરિયરનો ચાર્જ બોક્સના ભાવથી અલગ, પોતાની લાઈનમાં, પૈસા ભરતાં પહેલાં બતાવાય છે.

તમે ત્રણ રીતે ઓર્ડર મેળવી શકો.

• જાતે લેવા આવો — અમારા કિચનમાંથી લઈ જાઓ.
• Rapido — રાઈડર તમારા સુધી લાવે છે. રાઈડરનું ભાડું તમારે સીધું રાઈડરને ચૂકવવાનું છે.
• કુરિયર — સુરત બહારના શહેરો માટે. કુરિયરનો ચાર્જ ઉપર જણાવ્યા મુજબ અલગથી બતાવાય છે.

ઓર્ડર મૂકતી વખતે તમે ડિલિવરીની તારીખ પસંદ કરો છો. સૌથી વહેલી ડિલિવરી બીજા દિવસે થઈ શકે.

તમે UPI થી ભરી શકો — QR કોડ સ્કેન કરીને અથવા વેબસાઈટ પરના એપ બટન વાપરીને — અથવા જ્યાં ઓનલાઈન પેમેન્ટનો વિકલ્પ બતાવેલો હોય ત્યાં તેનાથી.

દરેક બોક્સ તમારો ઓર્ડર આવ્યા પછી તાજું બનાવાય છે. અમે જૂનો સ્ટોક રાખતા નથી.

જો તમને કોઈ ફરિયાદ હોય, તો નીચે આપેલી વિગતો પર અમને લખો અથવા ફોન કરો. અમે 2 કામકાજના દિવસમાં જવાબ આપીશું. અમારા ફરિયાદ અધિકારી મિલન ધામેલિયા છે, એ જ ફોન નંબર અને ઈમેલ પર મળી શકે.
